A Pennsylvania judge ruled against Bill Cosby’s recent appeal in the sexual assault case the landed him in jail. Lawyers for the actor argued that the wrong decision was made in allowing for the testimony of five accusers at Cosby’s recent retrial, but the judge did not agree. Pennsylvania Superior Court ruled that the additional accuser’s testimony helped illustrate a “signature” pattern of drugging and sexually assaulting his victims.
Cosby is currently serving a 3-10 year sentence, but has repeatedly maintained his innocence. He has often compared himself to a political prisoner, and says he has no remorse.
